These Terms and Conditions and License Agreement (hereinafter referred to collectively as “Agreement”) take effect as of October 1st, 2022 for anybody creating a new account. For all developers who created an account before this date, your use is governed by our old V.3 Terms and Conditions and License Agreement until December 1st, 2022 which can be found here.
