Welcome to counseling and to my practice in particular, Spirit(ed) Growth LLC. The choice to engage in counseling is a choice for mental health and wellbeing, and I am pleased to be the person you want to walk alongside you on this journey of healing. Please take a few moments to read and complete this document, as it describes the services I provide, the counseling process, and my business policies. This document will serve as your treatment contract for personal treatment (or, if appropriate, treatment for your child or ward).
