THIS AGREEMENT is made and entered into this 18th day of October 2022, by and between the County of Siskiyou, a political subdivision of the State of California, hereinafter called “County”; and the Town of Fort Jones, a municipal corporation of the State of California, located in the County of Siskiyou, hereinafter called “Fort Jones”, jointly referred to as “Parties”.
