This Office Space Agreement (“Agreement”) is dated this 10th day of October, 2018 (the “Effective Date”) by and between COKER COUNSELING AND LIFE COACHING, PLLC, a Texas professional limited liability company (“Coker”) and KARLA HALE GERDES, PHD, an individual (individually referred to as “Gerdes”) and LAURA ATTERSTROM, an individual (individually referred to as “Atterstrom”) (Gerdes and Atterstrom are collectively referred as the “Therapist”).
