THIS AGREEMENT (hereinafter “Agreement”) is entered into pursuant to Milwaukee Board of School Directors Resolution dated October 31, 2019, authorizing the City Attorney to retain outside legal counsel to provide legal services to the Milwaukee Board of School Directors (hereinafter “BOARD”) of Milwaukee Public Schools (hereinafter “MPS”).
