is made and entered into by and between the undersigned members of Kitsap S.A.I.V.S., pursuant to provisions of the Interlocal Cooperation Act of 1967, Chapter 39.34 RCW. This Amended and Restated Agreement replaces all prior Interlocal Agreements for Kitsap SAIVS in their entirety.
