AGREEMENT (“Agreement”) is effective October 15, 2018 (the “Effective Date”), by and between TULARE LOCAL HEALTHCARE DISTRICT, a local health care district of the State of California (“Owner”), and ADVENTIST HEALTH TULARE, a California nonprofit religious corporation (“Manager”). Owner and Manager are sometimes referred to in this Agreement as a “Party” or, collectively, as the “Parties.”
