The parties to this Settlement Agreement (Agreement) are the United States of America (the United States) and The Park School (Park School), located in Brookline, Massachusetts. This matter was initiated by a complaint submitted to the U.S. Attorney’s Office (No. 2016-00689; DJ No. 202-36-295) alleging that Park School discriminated on the basis of disability in violation of Title III of the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990 (ADA), 42 U.S.C. §§ 12181-12189, and its implementing regulation, 28 C.F.R. Part 36.
