The purpose of this Agreement is to establish mutually satisfactory relations between the Hospital and the employees concerned, and to provide machinery for the prompt and equitable disposition of grievances and to establish and maintain satis- factory working conditions, hours of work and wages for all the employees who are subject to the provisions of this Agreement so that there will not be any interference with the operation of the services rendered by the York Finch General Hospital.
