This Professional Services Contract ("Contract" or “Agreement”) between the City of Kyle (“OWNER”) and RPS Infrastructure, Inc. (“Professional”), collectively referred to as the "Parties", is an agreement for the Professional to provide the OWNER with the professional services described in this Contract, for and in consideration of the payment terms and performance obligations herein described.
