The Clark County School District (“CCSD”) takes the health and safety of our staff and students very seriously. In addition to steps to screen for the COVID-19 virus and prevent its spread on campus, we are offering a voluntary COVID-19 testing program for all staff and students who are exposed to COVID-19 or are experiencing symptoms related to COVID-19. BinaxNOW testing is also used for asymptomatic and non exposed students and staff. This program uses Abbott Laboratories BinaxNOW tests provided by the State of Nevada and PCR (polymerase chain reaction) tests provided by the Southern Nevada Health District. By receiving the free test(s), you agree to the terms of this agreement. Completion of this agreement is required for the COVID-19 testing.
