THIS AMENDMENT NO. 1 is entered into by and between the Texas Facilities Commission (hereinafter referred to as “TFC”), a state agency, and Braun Intertec Corporation (hereinafter referred to as “PSP”) located at 3503 Crosspoint, Suite 2, San Antonio, Texas 78217 (hereinafter collectively referred to as the “Parties”), to amend the original Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity Professional Services Agreement for professional geotechnical and construction materials testing services (hereinafter referred to as the “Agreement”).
