The Health and Human Services Commission (“HHSC” or “Owner”) and HKS, Inc. (“Architect/Engineer”), who are collectively referred to herein as the “Parties,” to that certain Contract for Professional Architectural and Engineering Services that was effective April 2, 2019 and denominated as HHSC Contract No. HHS000303000001 (the “Contract”), now desire to amend the Contract.
