This Asset Purchase Agreement (this “Agreement”) by and among A&B (HK) Company Limited, a company existing under the laws of Hong Kong, having its registered address at Unit 2106,21/F Island Place Tower No.510 King’s Rd North Point, Hong Kong (hereinafter referred to as “A&B””) (“A&B”), and NeuroHabilitation Corporation, a Delaware corporation, having its registered address at 41 University Drive, Suite 400, Newtown, PA 18940 (“NHC” and together with A&B, the “Parties”), is made as of 30th September, 2015 (“Effective Date”).
