(the “Agreement”), I, the undersigned, hereby, for myself, my heirs, executors, administrators and assigns, waive and release any and all rights and claims for damages I may have against Speed Skating Canada, British Columbia Speed Skating Association, Organizing Committee, City of Richmond, Richmond Olympic Oval Corporation, Richmond Rockets Speed Skating Club and other organizations and sponsors concerned, their agents, officers, directors or members, for any and all injuries suffered by me while participating in said activity/at said event to be held in British Columbia, Canada.
