All right, remedies, powers, responsibilities and liabilities herein given to,or imposed upon, the respective parties hereto shall extend to and bind the several and respective heirs, executors, administrators, successors and assignees of said parties, as well during any extensions of the original term of this lease as during the original term itself; and if there shall be more than one Lessee, they shall all be bound jointly and severally by the terms, covenants and agreements herein, and the word "Lessee" shall be deemed and taken to mean each and every person or party mentioned as Lessee herein, be the same one or more; and if there shall be more than one Lessee, any notice required or permitted by the terms of this lease may be given by or to any one thereof, and shall have the same force and effect as if given by or to all thereof. No rights, however, shall inure to the benefit of any assignee of Lessee unless the assignment to such assignee has been approved by Lessor in writing
