Under this Agreement, authorized by Ordinance 120214 and as amended by the City’s Chief Technology Officer, the City designates SCAN as the Designated Public Access Manager (“Access Manager”) for purposes of managing and operating the Channel(s)and Equipment provided under the City’s Franchise Agreements with its Cable Operators.
