These Altis DXP Customer Subscription Terms (the "Terms"), along with the Order (as that term is defined below) constitutes a binding agreement (this "Agreement"), between the signatory set forth in the Order ("Provider"), and the person or entity accepting these Terms ("Customer"), and is made effective on the date set forth in the Order ("Effective Date"). Customer’s acceptance of these Terms is required in order to access and use the Provider Solution. Customer's agreement to and acceptance of the Agreement occurs upon (a) Customer's signature on the Order or these Terms; (b) use of the Provider Solution; (c) payment to Provider; or (d) Customer's check-acceptance on the Provider website or application. Provider may modify these Terms periodically. Provider will notify Customer of such changes via email or via other notification mechanisms.
