THIS AMENDMENT NO.6 is made and entered into this day of 2014 by and between the COUNTY OF MENDOCINO, hereinafter called "COUNTY," and Quincy Engineering, Inc. (11017 Cobblerock Drive, Suite 100, Rancho Cordova, CA 95670), hereinafter called “CONSULTANT.”
