THIS AMENDED AND RESTATED LEASE (this “Lease”), entered into as of this 20th day of May, 2019, by and between the School Building Corporation of Lawrence Township, an Indiana nonprofit corporation (the “Lessor”), and the Metropolitan School District of Lawrence Township, Marion County, Indiana, a public school corporation existing under the laws of the State of Indiana (the “Lessee”), amends, restates, supersedes and replaces the Lease Agreement, dated as of March 14, 1988, as supplemented and amended by an Addendum to Lease, dated as of May 17, 1988, an Amendment to Lease, dated as of December 30, 1993, and a Second Amendment to Lease, dated as of May 1, 2004 (the “Prior Lease”), each of which is by and between the Lessor (as assignee of the Elementary School Building Corporation of Lawrence Township) and the Lessee;
