THIS SERVICES AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”) is made by and between The New Teacher Project, Inc., a non-profit corporation organized under the laws of the State of Delaware, with its principal office at 186 Joralemon Street, Suite 300, Brooklyn, New York 11201 (“TNTP”), and Jefferson Parish School Board, with its principal office at 501 Manhattan Boulevard, Harvey, LA 70058 (the “School District”). This Agreement shall be effective as of the later of the dates beneath the parties’ signatures below (the “Effective Date”).
