Brunswick County, North Carolina, do hereby covenant and agree to end with all other persons, firms and corporations which may at any time hereafter own or acquire any legal or equitable interest in and to any lot or portion of the lands in Stump Sound Township, Onslow County, North Carolina, comprising the subdivision known as “CHADWICK SHORES, INC.”, Sections One and Two, as appears of record in Map Book 19, Pages 75 and 76, Slides 172A and 172B, Onslow County Registry, and reference is hereby made to said maps for a more accurate description of said lots.
