This Master Services Agreement (this “Agreement”) is entered into by and between Flock Group, Inc. with a place of business at 1170 Howell Mill Road NW Suite 210, Atlanta, GA 30318 (“Flock”) and the governmental agency identified in the signature block (“Customer”) (each a “Party,” and together, the “Parties”) on this the day of November 2023. This Agreement is effective on the date of mutual execution (“Effective Date”). Parties will sign an Order Form (“Order Form”) which will describe the Flock Services to be performed and the period for performance, attached hereto as Exhibit A. The Parties agree as follows:
