As a consequence of the General Data Protection Regulation, institutions have started asking certain privacy related questions about services connected to SURFconext. To prevent lots of mails, SURFnet requests the Service Provider to fill out the below questions. These will be published to provide Institutions basic GDPR related information. SURFnet plans to release an online dashboard at the end of 2017, so a Service Provider can maintain this information online. Until that moment we collect the information via this document.
