This Job Creation and Training Agreement for Suntech Arizona, Inc. (the “Agreement”) is entered into as of the 25th day of October, 2010 (the “Effective Date”) by and between Suntech Arizona, Inc., a Delaware corporation (the “Company” ) and the City of Goodyear, an Arizona municipal corporation (the “City). The Company and the City are sometimes referred to herein collectively as the “Parties” or individually as a “Party.”
