These terms and conditions constitute a legally binding agreement (the “Agreement”) between you (also referred to herein as “You”, “Your” or “User”) and San Antonio Spurs, L.L.C., a Texas limited liability company, d/b/a Spurs Sports and Entertainment (“SS&E” “we” or “us”), governing your acceptance and receipt of NFTs as part of the San Antonio Spurs NFT Campaign (the “Campaign”).
