This Hosting Agreement (“Agreement”) is made and entered into by and between ezTask.com, Inc. (“Host”), a Texas corporation with a principal place of business at 210-A Morton Street, Richmond, TX 77469 USA and Hidalgo County Drainage District 1, an organization with offices at 902 N. Doolittle Edinburg, Texas 78542 (“Client”) (each being referred to individually as a “Party” and collectively as the “Parties”).
