CONTRACT PERIOD: Unless otherwise specified, this contract is for two semesters within the same academic year. Housing policies provide that a prorated refund of a student’s room and board charges will be made only if the College terminates this contract prior to the end of the semester period for: academic suspension or dismissal, death of a student, verified medical resignation.
