This Agreement (“Agreement”) is between InterPayments Inc. (“InterPayments”) and Affiliate Partner as named in the accompanying Affiliate Partner Form (and together with InterPayments, the “Parties” and each a “Party”) and is effective on the date you indicated acceptance by executing the Affiliate Partner Form (“Effective Date”). If you are an individual accepting these terms on behalf of an entity, you represent that (i) you have the legal authority to enter into this Agreement on that entity’s behalf, (ii) you have read and understand the terms of this Agreement and (iii) you agree, on behalf of the entity that you represent, to the terms of this Agreement.
