administrative agent (in such capacity and including any successors and assigns, the “Administrative Agent”), the existing Lenders under the Bridge Loan Agreement party hereto (the “Existing Lenders”) and the Additional Lenders (as defined below) and amends the Bridge Loan Agreement, dated as of February 19, 2015 (as may be amended, restated, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time, the “Bridge Loan Agreement”) entered into among the Company, the financial institutions from time to time party thereto as Lenders and the Administrative Agent. Capitalized terms used and not otherwise defined herein shall have the meanings ascribed to them in the Bridge Loan Agreement.
