This Amendment is hereby entered into by and between Lee’s Lawn Maintenance, 11505 No. 14th St., Raymond, NE 68428 (hereinafter “Contractor”) and Lancaster County, (hereinafter “County”), for the purpose of amending the Contract dated June 23, 2015, under County Contract No. C-15-0305, for Weed Abatement - Mowing, Bid No. 15-080, which is made a part hereof by this reference.
