When registered as required below and installed on approved glass surface in accordance with C-Bond’s Instructions for Application of C-Bond System, the C-Bond System, consisting of C-Bond Solution and a window film sold by C-Bond, is warranted to the Original End-user Customer for as long as the owner lives in the house to be free from visible peeling, cracking, de-metalizing, crazing, bubbling and delaminating under normal use for life from the date of original installation. C-Bond also warrants against glass failure due to thermal shock fracture or seal failure, under normal use for 5 years from the date of original installation for thermal shock, and for 36 months from the date of original installation for seal failure, in each case only if the fracture or failure is caused by the C-Bond System.
