Each Photograph (defined below) is provided to you (“you” or “Licensee”) by DTTSP LLC, an Ohio limited-liability company doing business as Death to the Stock Photo or Death to Stock (“Licensor”) subject to the terms of this agreement (“License”). The Photograph is protected by copyright and other applicable law. Any use of the Photograph other than as authorized under this License or Copyright Law is prohibited.
