WHEREAS, In furtherance of its charitable purposes to add value to the community by enabling the building of stronger communities as well as to facilitate cost-effective fundraising, Roane County United Way (hereafter referred to as RCUW) and the Community Partner (hereafter referred to as Partner) enter into this Partner Agreement for the purposes outlined in Attachments A and B of this contract.
