This Agreement made and entered into this day of , 2024, between the City of Stonecrest, Georgia hereinafter (“City of Stonecrest” or “Stonecrest”) and the City of Lithonia, Georgia (“City of Lithonia” or “Lithonia) Stonecrest and Lithonia are at times referred to herein individually as “Party” or collectively as the “Parties.”, for the purpose of providing law enforcement services for City of Stonecrest buildings, properties and events and further providing for payment for those services into the General Fund of Lithonia.
