The person participating in the Activity (defined below) is referred to as “Participant.” I, the undersigned, am a Participant or, if Participant is under 18, I am the minor Participant’s parent or legal guardian. I, in consideration for Participant’s opportunity to participate in the following activity: Engineering Extravaganza on March 23rd and 24th at Utah State University. This event includes various activities and games on the engineering quad, eating at Aggie MarketPlace, attending a Science Unwrapped lecture and displays at the Eccles Science Learning Center, attending the USU Observatory and watching a movie in the engineering building, staying overnight at the University Inn, attending workshops in the engineering building, and eating lunch at Perry Pavilion. Workshops include building bridges in a material science lab, extracting DNA from cheek cells in a biomaterials lab, building a PM machine in an environmental engineering lab, and discussing recursive formulas of coding.
