This AGREEMENT made between the author, publisher, or rights owner (the “Rights Holder”) and Findaway World, LLC, of 31999 Aurora Road, Solon, Ohio 44139 (“Findaway”) concerning all works provided by Rights Holder for audiobook production (the “Work” or “Works”). WHEREAS, Findaway is a producer and distributor of audiobooks; WHEREAS, the Rights Holder is the owner of the Work; WHEREAS, the Rights Holder and Findaway wish to produce a completed audiobook of the Work (the “Audiobook” or “Audiobooks”); and NOW THERFORE in consideration of the mutual promises set forth, the parties hereby agree as follows:
