THIS COMMERCEVANTAGE™ MASTER SERVICES AGREEMENT (“Master Services Agreement” or “Agreement”) is made and entered into as of the Effective Date by and between Commerce Bank, a Missouri bank and trust company (“Commerce”) and Northshore School District 112 (“Customer”). For purposes of this Agreement and the Service Agreement(s) attached hereto (as defined below), Commerce and Customer may sometimes be referred to herein individually as a “Party” and collectively as the “Parties.”
