Please read these Terms of Use and User Agreement carefully before using the Service (as defined below). These Terms of Use, and User Agreement (and any subsequently amendments thereof) (the " Terms") set forth the terms and conditions governing your use of our mobile application (the "Vid App") and any related services, aspects, functions, websites, software platforms and derivatives thereof and of the Vid service (collectively, the " Service"). The Vid App is owned by YZ Vid Limited. We'll refer to you here as "You" and "Your." We will refer to us as "Vid”, "we," "us" or "our".
