(“Properties”) The obligation of confidentiality and non-circumvention undertaken pursuant to this Agreement shall be in effect with the transaction dated , 2021 for a period of 12 months and through the duration of the closing of any or all of the properties in the package referenced above. Wherever "Purchaser" is used in this agreement it is understood to denote both the Purchaser and the Registering Party collectively and individually. PURCHASER AS REQUESTED information from Broker for the purpose of evaluating a possible acquisition of the Properties. The Owner of the property has instructed Broker to deliver information concerning the Properties, much of which is highly confidential, only to those potential purchasers who sign this Agreement.
