JTL Services will be provided to you ("you," "your," or "Customer") on the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement for Residential Services (the "Agreement") by Jamii Telecommunications Limited ("JTL," "we," "us," or "our"). Services may include, but are not limited to, IP television service ("Video"), JTL High-Speed Internet service ("INT"), and JTL Phone Service ("PHONE") (each a "Service" and collectively the "Services"). The terms and conditions in the "GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS" section below are applicable to all Services unless otherwise indicated. We may change our prices, fees, the Services and/or the terms and conditions of this Agreement in the future. Unless this Agreement or applicable law specifies otherwise, we will give you thirty (30) days prior Notice of any significant change to this Agreement.
