WHEREAS it is the intent and purpose of the Parties to this Agreement, that this Agreement is to provide orderly collective bargaining between the Parties, to facilitate the peaceful adjustment of all disputes and grievances, to provide co-operation between the Parties in order that high productivity and fullest possible employment may be obtained for the mutual benefit of both Parties.
