This Agreement is entered in between the Franchise Tax Board’s Court-Ordered Debt Collections Program, herein after referred to as “FTB-COD” and the Alameda County Central Collections, herein after referred to as the “Court/Client” for the purpose of the collection of unpaid court ordered fines, forfeitures and penalties by the Franchise Tax Board.
