Multiple Banking Products and Services Framework Contract (hereinafter called the “Contract”) undersigned, on one part, by the person(s) whose name(s), corporate name or commercial name appear in the Cover Sheet of this Contract (hereinafter, called indistinctly individually and/or in aggregate as, the “Client”) and, on the other part, Banco Actinver, S.A., Institucion de Banca Multiple, Grupo Financiero Actinver (hereinafter called the “Bank”), in accordance to the following statements and clauses, considering the terms defined in this Contract, and specially, the terms defined contained in the First Clause of this Contract.
