Guidance notes (delete) UNSW INTERNAL USE ONLY When to use (and not to use) this template agreement This Master Research Agreement should be used where UNSW will be providing services to an external party over a period of time (the Term), in respect of multiple Projects. The details of each Project will be captured on separate Project Schedules, the template for which is set out in Annexure A. This UNSW Master Research Agreement template includes standard positions UNSW takes on key issues such as confidentiality, intellectual property, liability and insurance and other clauses commonly included in UNSW services agreements. Each Project Schedule will be a separate contract between UNSW and the external party, which incorporates the General Terms and any Special Conditions set out in the Project Schedule.
