This Ground Lease Agreement (the “Agreement”) is made this 21st day of February, 2017, between the City of Laramie, a municipal corporation organized under the laws of the State of Wyoming, with its principal offices located at 406 Ivinson Avenue, Laramie, Wyoming 82070, hereinafter designated “LESSOR” or “City”, and Air Resource Specialists, a corporation organized under the laws of the State of Colorado, 1901 Sharp Point Drive, Suite E, Fort Collins, CO 80525 (telephone number 970-484-7941), hereinafter designated as LESSEE. LESSOR and LESSEE are at times collectively referred to hereinafter as the “Parties” or individually as a “Party.”
