This Memorandum of Understanding (“MOU”) is entered into by Blue Cross of California Partnership Plan, Inc. (“Anthem”), Health Net Community Solutions, Inc., Kaiser Foundation Health Plan, Inc. (“MCPs”) and The Resource Connection of Amador and Calaveras Counties, Inc. (“Agency”), effective as of the date of execution (“Effective Date”). Agency, MCPs and relevant Subcontractors and/or Downstream Subcontractors are referred to herein as a “Party” and collectively as “Parties.”
