This Customer License and Online Services Agreement is made by and between the customer (“Customer”) and the Dassault Systemes legal entity (“3DS” or “DS”), as both are identified in the applicable Transaction Document. This Agreement is accepted by Customer by signing or otherwise accepting a Transaction Document referencing this Agreement or by other electronic means permitted by 3DS, such as click-to-accept and electronic signature. The parties agree as follows: O presente Contrato de Licença e Serviços Online do Cliente é celebrado por e entre o cliente (“Cliente”) e a entidade legal Dassault Systemes (“3DS” ou “DS”), tal como ambos são identificados no Documento da Transação aplicável. O presente Contrato é aceito pelo Cliente ao assinar ou aceitar de outra forma o Documento da Transação que faça referência a este Contrato ou por outros meios eletrônicos permitidos pela 3DS, como clicando para aceitar ou por assinatura eletrônica.
