Abstract. Agreements in Indonesia still refer to the provisions of the Civil Code which must be met with the provisions of Article 1320 of the Civil Code. The agreement has an open nature so that the contents of the agreement can be carried out at will by both parties, the form, and the content. A sale and purchase agreement is an agreement formed because one party has bound himself to surrender material rights and the other party is willing to pay the agreed price as stated in the Sale and Purchase Article according to the provisions of the Civil Code Article 1457.
