("Contractor"), and the Mahopac Central School District, with its principal place of business located at 179 East Lake Blvd, Mahopac, NY 10541 ("District"). Upon being executed by Contractor's and District's authorized representatives, this Addendum shall be deemed to have been in full force and effect as of the effective date of the Agreement it amends.
